Guidelines for Submission

Authors submit abstracts (2-4 pages), full papers or proposal for workshops in Word format electronically. Submissions must have two title pages. The first page must include the title, primary track and the following information about each author: name, affiliation, address, telephone numbers and an e-mail address. Papers with multiple authors must indicate a corresponding author for future communication. The second page must only have the title to enable blind peer review.

Accepted papers are eligible to be published in the NBEA Conference Proceedings. A template with the proceedings publication requirements can be found in doc format here or in pdf format here. Formatted proceedings papers must be submitted by August 15, 2013 to be included in the proceedings. Authors must also register and pay for the conference by August 30, 2013.
